No Minimum Order
 There is no minimum order. However, for shipments within the UK, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands, we charge £5.50 for shipping on Lupine only products and £8.50 on all other products. If your order is over £200 shipping is free.
Reducing CO2
As part of our strategy to reduce our impact on the environment we have opted to have only 2 courier collections per week. Courier collections are normally Tuesdays and Thursdays for a next day delivery. Smaller orders are sent by First Class.

If your address is a private address, the delivery by courier may take between 1-3 working days to reach you.

Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights and in all cases English law shall apply. 

Shipping
We aim to deliver within 3 working days of the order date. We will inform you if there are any delays in shipping your order. Orders are sent by first class Royal Mail, Recorded Delivery or Courier depending on size of order. For UK deliveries there is a £5.50 shipping charge on all Lupine orders and a £8.50 shipping charge on all orders including other products, such as toys, bowls etc. Please note: If you order via our online wholesale order form, the appropriate shipping charge will be added after you have submitted your order. You will receive an emailed copy of the final invoice. We ship free on all orders of £200 or over. Shipping cost will be added on receipt of your order. Shipping cost of orders to EU countries will be charges at cost. Orders over £200 to the EU will receive a credit of £8.50 on the actual cost of shipping.

Prices
Prices are shown on the order form exclusive of VAT. VAT at the current UK rate is added to the net order total on submission of order. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
