About Collarways
Collarways are wholesalers of high quality products for dogs and cats. We focus on well designed, well made and functional pet products which are safe to use for owners and animals. Most of our suppliers are small US companies but we also feature some products developed in the UK. Currently we are the exclusive importers of Lupine®, Tuffy's®, Wacky Walk'r, Katie's Bumpers, Advanced Cetyl M®, Happytails Canine Spa, My Good Dog, West Paw Design® and Wetnoz®.

We like to develop strong relationships with our suppliers and customers and offer a high level of customer service, from fast order turnaround to help with in-shop displays and pricing. We really want you to succeed with our products, so do talk to us and let us help you.

Collarways people

Gabriela Lerner Co-Founder and Managing Director
Gabriela has a background in product design and retailing, and created Collarways with her husband Neil in 2003 having seen a gap in the market for quality pet accessories with a blend of good design and funtionality. Gabriela brings to Collarways a wealth of practical expertise on dog (and owner) behaviour, dietary issues and pet health and well-being as well an eye for great products.
Neil Baird Co-Founder and Marketing Director
Neil Baird has a background in Graphic Design and Photography and oversees the company's marketing and branding activities. 'One of the things that makes Collarways successful for our suppliers as well as our customers is that we choose brands that we think are great, that have good values and tell their own story. We then respect the integrity and strength of each of our brands while including them under the Collarways banner'. 
Natalie Finch Account Manager
Natalie has a background in sales and also has years of experience interacting with pet owners. She is excellent at helping customers understand and choose the right products and helping to resolve issues. One of her roles in Collarways is to develop new business and oversee customer accounts. 
Nichola Hughes Operations Manager
Nichola has experience in marketing and hospitality and joined Collarways as Operations manager, helping to maintain our high standards of service to our customers. She is also available to answer customers questions and deal with order fulfilment issues should they arise.
Terry Mead Warehouse Manager
Terry's 'can-do' attitude to whatever he undertakes, along with an uncanny ability to find solutions to problems makes him just the man you want to have around the (ware)house. There's never a dull moment when Terry is around.

The Testing Team

Turbo Head of Canine Testing
Turbo is a Lancashire Heeler who tests pretty much all of our products before we take on their distribution in the UK. He loves his My Good Dog Polartec® coat and his Salamander Eco Toy from West Paw Design.
Timba Canine Tester
Timba is a white German Shepherd who loves nothing more than testing toys. Tuffy's Bowmerang, Zogoflex Huck, Katie's Bumpers Sqwuggie and My Good Dog Vibram® Ball are some of her favourites. 
Karma Canine Tester
Karma is Belgian Shepherd and she is really into her Orange Bumper from Katie's Bumpers, which she carries like a cigar on all walks. Because of her fine long hair, she's our number one tester of Happytails Canine Spa products. She uses Comfy Dog Oatmeal Shampoo and FurButter for serious grooming and Dry Dog Instant Clean in between baths.
Misty Head Feline Tester
Misty is a tortoiseshell female with exquisite taste. Her favourite toy is the Eco Toy Turtle and she loves surveilling the garden from her Eco Nap window seat. She keeps her coat soft and shiny with Yumega Cat Omega 3&6 Oil.
